Amir Chohan’s story begins in the mid-1990s, when Dubai was just starting to sketch its ambitious plans on the global stage. His efforts soon pivoted towards the hospitality and entertainment sectors, leading to the establishment of 68 nightclubs across Dubai. These venues quickly became the heartbeat of the city’s night scene, drawing both locals and tourists into their exhilarating ambiance.
However, Amir’s contributions extend beyond entertainment. His firm, Meem Arabia Real Estate and Hospitality Consultants, taps into his vast network of global investors, including Dubai’s royal families, to fund and support significant project developments. This strategic financial partnering has not only fueled Dubai’s physical expansion but has also enhanced its reputation as a premier destination for international investors.
In 1998, Amir expanded his portfolio to include the management of hotels, entertainment clubs, and dining establishments. His foray into the operational side of hospitality deepened his understanding of the industry's nuances. Through managing properties in diverse locales such as the UAE, Russia, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, and the Philippines, he mastered the art of navigating complex real estate and legal landscapes, ensuring each venture’s success.
The year 2007 marked another milestone with the establishment of ARCH Architectural and Interior Design Company in Dubai. Under Amir's leadership, ARCH has undertaken numerous high-profile projects, including comprehensive interior designs and luxury landscaping, which feature prominently in Dubai’s opulent aesthetic.
Amir's influence also stretches to the shores of the Philippines, where he manages high-end real estate ventures involving luxury residential and commercial properties, hotels, and exclusive beachfront estates. Notably, his projects in Palawan stand out, an island consistently lauded for its untouched natural beauty and ranked among the best in the world by various travel publications.
Chohan's journey reflects a blend of visionary entrepreneurship and meticulous execution.
